19x8.5 ET30 (with 5mm spacer) & 19x9.5 ET40
I think the front can go 5mm more and the rear should run 5mm no problem...so ideally i should have gone 10mm front and 5mm rear...which means 8.5 ET20 & 9.5 ET35 xDrive with H&R Sports. Pics are WITHOUT the Front 5mm spacer.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the significance of the numbers??
19 is the diameter of the wheel in inch x 8.5 is the depth of the wheel in inch ET ??? 35 or 40 is what ?? and the offset is basically the additional spacing added from the original set-up right ?? Correct me if i am wrong.

ET is the offset, 35mm as in millimeters. 35mm will be pushed out further from the center hub than a 40mm. But its also relative to the size -depth.
The offset of a wheel is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. Quote:

Hope the thread and spreadsheet fill up more I just got a my13 328xi and am looking at going to 20". I saw the Factory OEM F30 Wheels Offsets (18, 19, 20 inch) and Brake Sizes sticky but am looking for xDrive specific. I have heard squared is the way to go but the service guys told me to stagger.

Do you have to go square with x drive or can you go staggered?
