Paddle Shifter M models
Hi,
Been looking high and low across the forums and web, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Is there anywhere I can get the m-sport paddle shifters seen on M models for a low end price? Kind of feel like it's a lot of money for something that seems so small. Open to any options: M paddle shifters in black, blue, carbon fiber, etc. Starting to think you can only pay to play for this modification. I have a 2018 F36 4 series M sport, so I already have the paddles on my wheel, just looking to get M paddles to clean up the aesthetics. TIA |

I just picked up an aftermarket CF set from Nelson Racing Wheels. I just haven't installed them yet. I need to do that this weekend. If anyone's interested, I can post pics.

I got mine OEM off eBay for $30 bc no electronics, just the paddles and covers. Got lucky.
Keep an eye out here, on f80 classifieds, and on eBay. (And you can get jsut the covers to use any extended paddle, though most extended paddle sellers now include them) Took about 20 minutes to swap them out on the wheel. Do like them more than the fat f30 ones, but it is a strictly cosmetic mod.

They are all over ebay for $81 new.
The ONLY caveats: PROS 1. They are leaner and cleaner in appearance 2. They work as intended 3. Easy to install (like 15-20 minutes) 4. You can sell your old fat paddles for about $35-$50 on ebay. CONS 1. NOT as comfortable as the fat paddles - you do feel the edges when you press on the levers Overall, I was pretty happy with the $81 new unit from ebay and after selling my old fat paddles, my net cost for this change was about $40-$50. |

My dad's BMW came without paddles on steering wheel, and he got F80 style from AliExpress for 50€.
Pretty good deal and can't tell the difference comparing to OEM |

Best option out there, can be had for less if you look around a bit...
