I've got a 12' X3 35i and about a year ago I changed my transfer case for a different used one. Unfortunately the mechanic threw away my original VTG with the original module away and now I have a TPM error and DCS error as well. I've tried to figure out how to code them using ISTA+, but no success, I've got an ENET cable and noticed some people responded in this thread saying they can help code remotely. If anyone is able to do this, I would greatly appreciate the help!

I'm having a similar problem with a x3 2011 F25.
I took out the old one that had communication problems (but it was showing in ista tree) when I put in a used one, the VTG completely disappeared from the tree. In E Sys I was able to do some Tal calculations, but after installing the used VTG I get Tal calculation non execute line. I checked as many wires as possible, it's just the VTG and ZGM on the path. If it was the transferase, which is mechanically working fine (no weird noises) I don't see why it would prevent any module from communicating. Please, I need help |
