F30 troubles
Finally on Monday I took in my 328i to the service department for multiple problems, mostly due to electrical malfunctions. They have already replaced the combox once and now have to replace it again. I also have some "paint imperfections" according to my sales agent but when told to my service guy he refused to do anything about it. According to my sales agent any warranty issues have to be dealt with the service department and he also mentioned that I can file a lemon law buyback. Have any of you come across this dilemma? What would you recommend I do?

where was your F30 built and what was its production date?
Look into the lemon law more seriously. Ask your dealer to repair all the issues immediately and properly. If they fuss any bit then go ahead and lemon that car. Sorry for this bad luck man. You are one of the few and unfortunate. |

It was built in Germany produced sometime in april 2012.
Yea even my sales guy advised for those actions. I hopefully will be getting a call from my service guy (who by the way doesnt seem like he wants to take care of some of the problems) and we will see what happens.

I contacted my service adviser today and it turns out my car has been sitting at the dealer since monday untouched since the he was on his day off yesterday and no work was done and he failed to follow up with me. He had said that they wont work on it tomorrow and that he would follow up with me on monday. This is very unprofessional I do not want my car to sit their for days on end as they also failed to give me a loaner.
