my F30 next to the new MB C-Class
Went to the local golf course (Los Verdes) to hit a few golf balls, and came across the brand new C-Class with manufacturer plates from Alabama. Preproduction car I guess. This is a C400 4-matic with airmatic suspension next to my F30 335i. Interior of the new C-Class looks pretty sweet, and I would say the whole thing really looks like a shrunken S-Class in real life.

Nice find. Not a fan of the new C Class, it gives off an older image, maybe it's the Luxury package. The F30 looks so much sportier parked next to it.

Doesn't look right. I see some similarities with Hyundai/Kia. CLA look much better IMO.

It reminds me of a girl with a flat misshaped ass. Ugh hate all the new C variants.
Love Los Verdes if you can stand the 6 hour rounds. Great little course! |

You can tell that's the lux trim since its got the grill, emblem, and chrome accents. I am sure the other trim lines will make the car look better, but awesome spotting and nice looking out. I would have passed it over for one of the new E classes upon a quick glance.

I also think it's ugly, but try posting the same pics at an MB forum and you'll get the other side of the story!
I would never cross-shop this car against the F30... It might be in the same class for some, but to me it's day & night difference in looks & character.

the interior of the C is really nice.........EXCEPT for the floating navigation screen. it pisses me off how they're making it a MB design cue.
