The pricing guide I have says Premium package includes "Park Distance Control, rear." I think PDC front & rear is an extra option no matter what packages you have. Park Assist is then extra on top of that.

I've never done a lease so I'm just worried if I go over the annual allotted km's...I'm also moving to Churchill meadows area which is slightly far from work so I'm slightly worried about that. Let's see what happens...I just don't want to go into the $700's per month. I'm ready to put a hefty down payment but not on a lease. Will keep u guys posted...

what I find ridiculous is the fact that the 2011 1 series M was only $73K after taxes and fully loaded while a fully loaded 335i is about the same price. Makes me want to just wait for the 1 series M/M2 but it won't be here till 2015 accdg to rumors.

Wow. Seems like I'm the only cheap guy here. I don't have any options other than sportline. Also have four kids so like to keep my payments down.
BTW there are discounts to be had. Just need to find the right dealer and the right salesperson. |

taxes extra so looking at more than $70K? I think I'll just wait for the M3 and pay $85K or wait for the M2 and pay $75K

Exactly, in fact the ordering guide requires PDC Front & Rear (508) to be added if you're ordering Park Assistant (5DP).

If a fully loaded 3 is 65k then a fully loaded M3 is going to be at least 75-80k. Thats still a substantial difference in price. Also, I don't want to drive an M3 as my daily driver.

I am hoping we will see the ordering guides in late April and pricing will come later in the summer. PS - If you are in Alberta (Calgary), please feel free to send me a PM to get more details on the F30...we should be seeing a 320i arriving within a month. |

I don't see a 508 on the ordering guide thread. Just a 507 and front and rear included on 335i premium. Is that thread guide wrong? |

There are actually two versions of the Canadian ordering guide floating around I think. EDIT: This guide seems to be far more accurate. Note that it also has options that the other is missing, e.g. Heated Rear Seats |

Pretty misleading on the configurator, as it states it's front and rear.
