Dealer recommendation for LEASE in NJ/NY/CT
Hi,
I am looking to trade-in my 2007 E90 and lease a 2013 328xDrive. I am not looking to load it up but just want basic pkgs. If any of you guys had a good experience with an SA at dealership. Pls post here or PM me. Some questions related to lease in December. 1) Do I qualify for BMW loyalty (previous owner) not financed thru BMFS ($750) 2) Are the rebates applied to Invoice/selling price or MSRP? 3) How is residual value calculated? Can I ask for higher residual %? 4) Does the dealer transfer my existing tag to new one or do I have to do it? Also does it make any change in MV fees? Any other advice is greatly appreciated. ~~Looking to Lease below ~~ Mineral grey or white Sport Line - Lighting package - Technology package

Just leased a 328xi from WG last month. Great team. 1) Do I qualify for BMW loyalty (previous owner) not financed thru BMFS ($750) Not sure if it's for current owners only. You can get the BMW app and save $300 if you have an iPhone and there is the holiday credit. 2) Are the rebates applied to Invoice/selling price or MSRP? You can apply it towards the final price. i.e. if you negotiate $750 over invoice and take advantage of the holiday credit you will pay $250 under invoice. 3) How is residual value calculated? Can I ask for higher residual %? Prepared by BMW. Based on car, term and annual mileage. Search the forum and they are usually shared. Edmunds has a forum with the info too. You can also use Edmunds for invoice pricing. Last time I checked the Money Factor was .0013. Dealer's can mark it up though. 4) Does the dealer transfer my existing tag to new one or do I have to do it? Also does it make any change in MV fees? You can have the dealer do everything at delivery. Last edited by DSTJ99; 12-18-2012 at 09:04 PM.. |

I'm VERY happy with my advisor Lucas Sienkiewicz at JMK BMW. Give him a call and tell him Glenn recommended him. He is straightforward with the whole process and will walk you through all your questions. I just purchased my second BMW from him.

Had a pretty good experience with Greg Pol at BMW of Manhattan. At first impression he may not come across as the most charming/charismatic CA ever, but he knows his BMWs, doesn't try to BS/circlejerk you, and immediately offered me $600 over invoice without me having done any negotiation. Just "Ok here's the MSRP of the build you want, here's what we can give it to you for".
Also, knew I needed my new car in a hurry (old one flooded in Sandy), so got me a production number that went into production the very next day. Isn't exactly the most communicative (he's never sent me an email with updates, I've always had to ask him), but efficient and gets shit done. |

Thanks for the recommendations guys! I leased F30 300 under invoice from JMK BMW and my advisor was Charles Amadi. He is ok and I was more informed than him, so was able to bargain my way.
