Height of dhp xdrive msport vs non dhp xdrive
I noticed that next to standard Xdrive my msport xdrive dhp seemed lower. Is the msport xdrive wih dhp lower than standard xdrive ? Anyone else notice this?

Rwd with sport suspension is 10mm lower than no line. Rwd with mperformance suspension is 20 mm lower than no line. I saw a guy who measured the same way I did and came up with about 26 inches. He had the mperformance suspension.

Xdrive models do not get lower springs even if they are sport or Msport variants. Even if an Xdrive has the DHP package, it does not get the lower sport springs. DHP on Xdrive does get the M adaptive dampers, so you can dial in more firmness and less sway/body roll as the adaptive dampers do help in that area. In case someone asks, no non of the F30's have adaptive sway bars. The reduced body roll comes from the adaptive dampers when set to sport which brings in firmer control in both compression and rebound. |
