I just installed my JB4 on my 6MT 335i.

I dont have access to an USB cord at the moment and wanted to confirm that without logging into a laptop, my JB4 is ONLY able to access MAP0 & MAP1 correct?

Can somebody confirm?

That would be a great question to the manufacturer at the other forum.
They kept in changing and revising their feature and product, I started to get confused also.

Here is how you can change maps without the USB cable .
I know it says S55 but it also works on the N55

With the JB4 you have access to all the maps via the steering wheel controls!

I guess what Im trying to figure out is that without plugging connecting to a laptop, my only options are MAPS 0 & 1 correct?

Being MT and without any sort of flashing indicators, my fear is that Im on MAP 2 etc...

Im in CA so I only have access to 91 octane

In theory you can switch to all maps. You can find more info on N55 JB4 Map switching and other features here
