Certified collision repair center near Boston?
My car got rear ended last week
the damage is not too bad but I think I will need a new bumper, rear diffuser, exhaust pipes (maybe), and have the park distance control fixed. I'm looking for a collision repair shop to get a quote for the insurance company. It seems the only BMW certified collision center is BMW of Sudbury (listed on bmwusa.com) which is still pretty far away from where I live/work...is that my only option? Do I need to go to a collision repair center since I demand new parts? I'm pretty close to Herb Chambers BMW and BMW Gallery of Norwood - does anyone have any experiences with them doing collision repairs? Thanks! Oh btw...the civic that rear-ended me was totally destroyed (nobody got hurt though)...thumbs up for BMW quality. |

I ended up taking my car to the Herb Chambers Collision center in Ashland, MA.
Just pick it up yesterday - I'm very pleased with there work I didn't have to worry about anything, or deal with the insurance company at all for the additional damages they found after taking the car apart. Everything was fixed/replaced really quick, and I got MPE upgrade since the insurance company agrees to replace the whole exhaust system. I'd give them 10/10 but there is only one thing I'm not very happy with ... they do the worst detailing job I have ever seen, residuals everywhere, and the steering wheel is super greasy, I think I will have to detail it again very soon - skip their detailing service there if you ever have to use this shop. |
