Oh man! and I thought I was the only one this seller messed up with. It was a PITA dealing with them and finally when I paid after requesting an invoice they sent me the same email a few hours later. I am thinking about going with these instead: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1274932&page=2

I'll receive mine tomorrow. I have ordered these for high beams
http://www.ebay.com/itm/162097950684...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT These appear to be same as the ones that bimmian sells for more than double the price. https://bimmian.com/Accessories-for-...og-Light-Bulb/ I'm planning on going the HID route for low beams. Ballast: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/co...n-ballast.html xenon lights: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/co...-h7-bulbs.html I'm in Atlanta and will pick the HID components from theretrofitsource locally |

so it comes out to 599 for headlights plus the 190 for the stuff you just described, so total $890 and then it becomes plug and play, is that correct? |

So guys, I believe these are ZKW headlamps. I'm reading their other products have been known to be better than Depo. So I'm pretty happy about that. There are more pics below.

Thanks for the pics. How the hell do you install the H7 high beam bulb in there?

Here is an OEM ZKW headlight without components: http://www.ebay.com/itm/152093159050 As you can see, only one of them is the price of the ones in this thread, and there is a silver ZKW label on the top. The MB ones' high beam projector appears to be a dummy just like OEM xenons. OEM xenons have a bi-xenon projector, so both their low and high beam are in one projector. This won't work for us with halogens. |

If it's anything like OEM, the inner projector might be fake. There may be a solenoid inside of the outer projector that will reflect the light upward to mimic a highbeam. At least that's how OEM works.

I think you might be right. I tried to get behind the inner projector yesterday but all I could see was a big ass heatsink

Actually, if I am correct, this light has a more efficient and better design. It'll only use one physical H7 bulb to still give you low and high beams. Most cars today use this design.
