Bridgestone Blizzak LM001 Winter Tires

Not sure if anyone has any information on these tires as they don't have any reviews on Tire Rack:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....=245VR8LM001XL

Wanted to know what people thought about these versus the Blizzak LM-60 and the Pirelli Sottozero Serie 2 (and any other performance winter tire for that matter).

Also was wondering if it would be a good idea to get a dedicated wheel set for the winter too. I was thinking of using my current OEM 397s through the winter and buying a set of 19"s for the summer and finally ditching the RFTs. Any help would be appreciated!

I have the Orbit Grey with staggered RFTs for everything but winter driving. I have a square set-up from Tire Rack (Blizzak LM-60's) that I also used for the '13 F30 and have no complaints about the LM-60's.

I have LM60s for the last 4 years and they are great. I'm assuming the LM0001 is the successor, but without reviews it's a gamble at $232.

My dedicated with the set is on my 397s, makes life a lot easier and I've saved basically $480 in balancing and rotating over the past 4 years (along with flexibility of changing tires over when I absolutely need them).

I'm surprised the LM-60's fit the 397 rims. Everytime I check on Tire Rack, it shows that they're not available in the size for my tires (225-45/18). But for some reason, the LM001's show as fitting.
