Stupid Question
This may sound like a stupid question, but since I've yet to see on with it on since I've been here, do the euro spec cars have one rear fog or two? Got in that conversation with my dad lady week, and the few cars that did have them one, only had the one on.

Both is correct. The 4 series has into the trunk lid 2 fog rear lights at least to activate but into Germany its ok if only the left one is active.
Depends on the technical regularies if 1 or 2 rear lights are active, hence they are from farer distance to mistaken with the brake lights, almost 1 light is active.

One rear fog light is mandatory, two not. But: If you have two, both must be functionally.

Some older cars used to have one rear fog light on one side, and one white reversing light in the same spot on the other side.
So the one light would be all red, the other would have a white cut out. Ugly as hell |
