Bmw F30 N13 170bhp Cat-back Exhaust

Greetings All

Does anyone know where I can get an exhaust system to boost the performance of the BMW F30 Efficient Dynamics Edition.

You would be much better off getting a tuning box or remap.

Thanks 225. I've already got a Racehip Ultimate (Chip Box) installed, and although I haven't Dyno'd it, my car feels a lot more responsive. But, I'm a rookie when it comes tuning knowledge. I heard a Cat-Back can add a few HP. Do you know where I could get a remap done on the 320i ED (preferably in London), it seems like there's such a lack of tuning options for the N13 (170HP). In fact, I've seen more tuning options for the N13 (136HP).

A cat back will do nothing except not sound very good and probably annoy your neighbours, if the wave flow changes you could lose power, the meaningful restrictions in your exhaust are the cats not the back box.

You'll need a full system with reduced cell cats and then a remap tuned to that to get any real gains over and above what you already have.

There isn't much demand for tuning this engine. We tune the N13 116i and 118i to 204hp but haven't tested this upgrade on your car. An exhaust won't make much difference. I doubt the Racechip will either...

That sucks big time, I'm regretting buying this car. Although I haven't Dyno'ed my car, the Racechip Ultimate does improve performance to a decent level, especially in regards to torque, compared to the limp stock torque. What I find funny, is that there is more support for the N13 (136HP) version of the engine, than there is of the 170HP version, L0oL! I won't give up though, I have blind optimism that there will be something worth while will come along.
