What is the amount tho? 2200?
$1600
I would put the fees and any small tax charges up front. Do they tax on the rebates where you are? Your payment should only be principal and tax plus the interest IMO. Doesnt make sense to me to pay interest on dealer fees. Would be more upfront but less spent in the long run.

581+tax should put you right near the 655 payment.
Add in the transport fee its the right quote they gave you. I would wait until December and see what kind of deals and incentives they have for the holidays and lock in rates until you can qualify for the pull ahead program. Ultimately the choice is yours and if your happy with the payment then do it.
Just wanted to give updates. So I found another one, 51k MSRP, selling price 46k, additional 3750 in incentives, dealer covered 3 payments out of 7, I paid the rest up front ($2200) and new lease was essentially 0 down, $550 a month 15k miles

I think I can live with that

Rebate: $3,750 (assuming 3k lease cash + 750 loyalty)
Adjusted Price: $51,405

ADM Fee: 589

Non Tax Fees: $121
Paying acq fee up front so not in these values

Money Factor: .00152
Term: 12k/3yr (60% residual)
Down payment: $0

NET price: $52,270
Monthly payment: $617

Thoughts? I feel like I have room to negotiate the net price a bit. Alternatively, they have a service loaner with about 3700 miles and same specs (just worse color combo ) but I haven't gotten the full quote on that one yet.
Finalized this deal; managed to get 1 more $500 rebate for BMW Fleet because my company participated in the program. Paid all the fees up front + 1st month payment to end up with $2260 COD + a final monthly of $577.

Extremely happy with the car. 340 seems like the best bang for your buck of all the current lineup, and I have to admit that I underrated the technology pkg which I've actively avoided since its launch due to price.

Note: I've read a few people comment that they were able to do MSDs again at .00005 per if they were coming out of leases that had them. That was not the case at this dealership in NC - they had not heard of this at all.

New to the forums and was curious about this deal I'm looking at.

New 2016 328i
MSRP: $51K
Discount: $14K
Taxes: $2.7K
Docs / Plates: $300
Financed: $39.9K
Interest Rate: 2.7% @ 72
Payment: $600/mo

Question I have is that at 2+ years old I feel like there should still be more room to come down as well as it is about to be winter here in a few weeks and very people would be interested in a RWD car entering the season. The car theoretically could sit for another 5-6 months. Would offering $34-35K be more reasonable?

Thats almost 28% off sticker. Idk how much lower they can really go. Is it new, loaner, demo? How many miles?

Apparently 400-500 miles. New model just never sold. Most likely because it being RWD in a majorly AWD environment. Shocked they didn't send it to a dealer down south on a trade.

Here's he deal I'm signing on tonight. It's actually going to be Estoril Blue but he numbers are the same. The sales tax should be on the full amount in TX but they're giving me some kind of incentives I think.
F36 440i
Estoril Blue
Black Sensatec
Essentials
Premium
M Sport
Apple CarPlay

The $2,000 down is my OTD so it includes the first months payment and some of the sales tax. My rebates are $2,000 Lease Credit and $500 USAA.

***Update***
The car didn't get delivered on time yesterday so I'm planning on pick it up tomorrow. Now that it's November, can I get the additional $750 Loyalty rebate as well since I've been a BMWFS customer for 5 years?

Ok just got a call from my local dealer. He is looking to get a new car, and wanted to know if I would be interested in taking over a lease:

2016 340xi MSport 6mt
~3000mi

Payment would be $430 / month for remainder of lease (32mo)
Asking for the $1500 lease initiation fee as well that he paid

Ideally I am looking to buy this exact car if it were to pop up in the wild, but wasn't sure if this would turn to my favor should I decide to buy it after the lease term is up...

true but a flat incentive becomes less valuable as MSRP rises vs residual increase which is % of MSRP

Looking to purchase a lightly used 430i in California. Ideally M Package. 5-9k miles is fine. I would like a red or brown interior.

What price should I shoot for? Is now a good time to buy or does Black Friday / Christmas bring good deals out?

Example: this is at the local dealership. I got it down to 40k on my first visit, but the sales manager says he's at bottom dollar there. Is it a good deal or no? I believe MSRP was 54k on it per the window sticker they had in the glove box.

That's not bad for 5k miles assuming it's loaded. Do you get 5 years unlimited miles warranty or is this CPO elite? Not sure what the warranty is like for those or if it's the same now.

I'll have to ask for clarification on that.

Alright, came across another one that is incredibly tempting because of the package...

2016 435i Xdrive GC
Black Sapph Metallic w/ Ivory interior Dakota leather
25,806 miles
CPO
M SPORT
DRIVER ASSISTANCE PACKAGE
DRIVER ASSISTANCE PLUS
COLD WEATHER PACKAGE
TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE
ADAPTIVE M & REAR AXLE AIR SUSPENSION

Price is going for 44,000. Hoping that I can swing them to around 40k

On an ordered 3/4 series car, is anyone getting under invoice before incentives/rebates?

That's not going to happen. That only works on cars that have been sitting on the lot for a while.

key tactic is to have them print out the vehicle inquiry report with the wholesale on it. has invoice down to the penny
