If you trim the diffuser well you won’t be able to tell. They do sit closer together than other quad exhaust options. As far as if the tips sit in our out more that’s up to you. I just welded it to the stock pipe when I found where I liked the tips sitting.

That sounds great man!

Do you think the full catback would fit as well? Or just the axle-back??
Im considering purchasing a full stock M2 catback but need to do more research first.

Since the car is longer overall I'm sure that would definitely be an issue.
The pipe routing doesn't seem to be much different however I'm sure the length might be an issue. You might just have to weld in some sort of extension pipe.

Great point about the lengths being different. But I'm getting most of the m2 exhaust, everything after the downpipe. So I'm thinking that should be plenty long and I can just cut my exhaust shorter to match the lengths.

This might be a stupid question, but will the M2 axle back fit a 2013 335i as well?

I've had my car about a year and am still relatively new to the whole BMW thing, but I'm ready to start modding. The wife gave me the thumbs up to get a few "small" things so I'm thinking this with a downpipe (fabspeed), tune(JB4), and charge pipe(TBD).

Get an MDH tune, cheaper, easier and more OEM feeling than the sensor based tunes.

I have one on the way for my F30.

Can you take a close-up picture of how you trimmed your diffuser?

Going to put an M2 muffler on an otherwise stock 335. I'll post before and after clips cold start and warmed up.... assuming it fits without too many issues.

Hi how do you connect the muffler to the OEM pipe? Do you weld it or use a clamp?

I have not done it yet, I will be using an 80mm exhaust clamp.

Has anyone who has added the M2 exhaust found a quad M Perf diffuser that fits?

I'm looking at picking up the M Perf quad diffuser from Ikon but am unsure if it will fit the sizing. Also am considering adding cyba exhaust tips if anyone has experience on fitment with that.
