questions about ECU Update F30 2013/14

At first I would like to apologize for my bad English!

I'm thinking of updating the ECUs of my car, follows details of what I already have:
1- My vehicle 320i GP VIN J727656
2- Enet cable
3- E-sys 3.28.1 (build 46869) v.4.11.20_PSdZData_Full
4- 40 A battery charger
I'm thinking of initially updating only the NBT ECU. Is it advisable to upgrade anything else?
I would also like to know if the update can cause coding problems or another more critical issue. Would have a step by step?

Updating any istep will wipe out ALL previous coding.

Any errors or glitches during the update can brick your car.

You do not say what your issue with NBT is so no one can tell you if it’s worth it. My experience has been there are always small refinements in various systems, so I usually have a Dealer update mine once a year.

How much does the dealer charge for software updates?

I went yesterday in the reseller BMW Brasilia, and they informed that they do not make update in the vehicle. Brazil has a very poor post sale service in everything you imagine, abusive values in parts and services (I bought and the value was R$ 500 Front Windshield Wiper Blade 3397007072) $187

It's the standard official BMW policy everywhere - they do not update unless there is an issue with the car and the factory procedure for fixing it calls for an ECU update.

If I choose to upgrade, can I switch directly from F20-15-07-502 to F20-18-03-532?
