How exactly does Video In Motion/ Video via USB work?

After coding it in, how do I go about streaming video from my IPhone or anything through to the head unit? Could not figure it out. Thanks!

In order for ur video playback to work u need to have the cradle to ur phone in ur car then u can actually watch video playback as u drive of course once coded. Make sure u save ur video formats in MP4 on ur iPhone.

Is this through the USB I have in my car, or is there a separate cradle needed? How would I access this through the head unit?

Its a separate part I don't currently have the pet number with me what I can do is if I go to my garage today I'll take a picture of the craddle and post it or pm u so that u can see what I'm talking about now I have the iPhone 4s craddle don't know if they have new ones for updated phones since I purchased mines back in 2013
