Bm3 question

I took the car into dealership for them to replace wood grain that was cracked. I totally forgot to set back to stock. And now the car isn't running right. The car is not pulling as hard. I did notice the gauges still have 480hp. Do you think they updated the software which messed up the tune? Do I need to set it back to stock and load tune on again?

I would flash back to stock/lock DME then flash unlock.
