Phone holder
Hi all,
With my car over 3 years old and no rtti I’ve started to use Waze via my iPhone XS Max and just wondering if anyone else is in a smiler situation and using a mobile phone holder. Haven’t bought one in years so interested to see what people are using! I’m tempted to pay for the rtti subscription as I do like using the in built sat nav another option is Apple car play but did the months trial for a quid and didn’t get on with it too well due to having 2 mobile phones connected to the car. Thanks in advance! |

I've got a Kenu Airframe+, little vent clip holder. Very subtle when the phone is not in it but holds my 11pro max just fine when I am using it.

You could just plug it into the 12v/USB socket, or you can plug it into the spare USB plug in the back of the head unit (using a fakra to USB cable, to also have a media connection to the phone), or what I did is connect a USB C PD fast charging adapter behind the dash going direct to the fuse box.

That does look good, but surely it blocks the hazard lights button, as well as the lock button and air vent temperature adjuster?
Also, I wouldn't want to use anything that requires sticking to the car - can it be used without adhesive, i.e.. just clipped in place? |

I have not used it personally but these people are offering lifetime RTTI for about 89 euros I think.
Someone on the forum has used them though as it was posted on here https://navituning.azurewebsites.net/home HTH Andrew |
