Your psdzdata are too new or your E-Sys 3.27.1 is too old.
E-Sys 3.27.1 doesn't work anymore correctly with the current psdzdata.
You should use older psdzdata if your car didn't get an update lately.
Because Launcher Pro 2.8.2 also doesn't work with newer E-Sys versions (except 3.28, but it also needs older psdzdata).

Edit:
If you only want to VO code something you don't need the Launcher Pro and you can start E-Sys directly from it's folder.
Then you can also use a newer E-Sys version and the current psdzdata.

I found PSdZ version 63.3 and used it but when I use to activate FA it is looping. Can u show me the right version I should use?

I see so if I open the Esys directly using the newer PSdZ light. is coding process change or same as the launcher?

I corrected. All work fine untill I need to start coding ECUs. I am adding 2VB option. Following ECU need to code BDC body, Kombi,HU ENTRY NAV and DSC2. When I start coding the first ECU, the software closed and just desktop was on the screen.

So I switched to PSD 62.3 and that's when the loop starts when I calculate FA..

psdzdata 63.3 should work with E-Sys 3.27.1.
But here you have the psdzdata Lite 4.17.11 which work definitely with E-Sys 3.27.1

Sometimes it's taking a little bit time to activate the FA, but should not take more than 1 minute.
With Launcher you can do FDL coding (button "Code FDL"), which means you can change individual values with the FDL Editor.
VO Coding (Button "Code") is changing values automatically relating to the FA. For VO coding you don't need the Launcher Pro.
Here you can download E-Sys 3.31 if you want to use newer psdzdata and don't need a Launcher.

I did missed this step below. this might be the reason I failed. my another question is what value to put in places of X. or leave as they are?

05) Make sure that there is an empty "dist" folder in each of the psdzdata chassis folders, and if missing, create as
needed, e.g.:
• C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F001\F001_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
• C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F010\F010_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
• C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F020\F020_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
• C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F025\F025_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
• C:\Data\psdzdata\mainseries\F056\F056_xx_xx_xxx\od x\dist
