No unit allows from its basic options to make the shared screen, it is from Android ... It is under Android, you click on the "display of your applications in progress", then you select your app keeping your finger on it and, you place it on the right (and on the left you will have the choice to place the one you want).
Otherwise there are applications to do this "Split Screen Shortcut" on the PLAYSTORE (if you have an Android)

After an afternoon of research,

it is the application "naviSettings.apk" which is involved in my crashes and the impossibility of choosing a GPS navigator in the tiles displayed in the "launcher3.apk"

I stop this app, clear the cache and the data = no results (it keeps crashing)
I stopped the launcher3.apk app in addition = no results (it keeps crashing)
I restart in the RECOVERY = No way to move and choose inside this mode
I chose in option / system parameter / reset / erase the data of all the applications = no result (it keeps crashing)

I forced the installation of the factory.xml file = it only affected the appearance of the unit and its basic parameters, on the OPTION / CHOICE OF NAVIGATION GPS side it was always the same list (can) program to choose and it crashed as soon as I touched it

I also delete the file mapApkLst.txt = No effect
I also delete the files @ classe.vdex in the dalvik cache = No effect
I have frozen the application (with TB) restart = No effect

Anyway, I'm lost ...

Do you have an idea because I would not want to lose all my configuration and the installation of my programs, but not being able to choose my browser on the display tiles frustrates me

Update! Problem fixed! Taking the battery off for 15 min and now everyting works fine!

13. Launch RKDevtool
- make sure the Loader is connected
- go to "Download Image" Tab
- Read Device Partitions
- activate the System checkbox and add the path to system.img
- klick activate
- the partition will be written
- the system reboots
14. your device will reboot successfully

Yeah i fix IT! in the factory_config.xml i dont have IDRIVE selector... I download this factory_config :

Hi.
Is there a way to lock the access to the android side of the unit when I have to leave the car to other people (no root) ? I tried screen lock in android settings but it was not a good idea. At the next reboot it no longer recognized the pin and I had to do a factory reset. ( I don't know if the pattern lock has the same bug or if they solved the problem with the android 10.)

Wait at least 5 minutes, it should then switch to a different screen, from there on you can reboot and it should boot normally again.

if not performen a Factory/wipe reset installation, see page 1.

More specifically I cannot understand in the following procedure:
{Change the software name to: Ksw-P-Userdebug_OS_v-ota-reset-data_factory.zip.
1. Change the name of the USB flash drive to: _kswota_
2. Copy the software to a USB flash drive.}
what is the specific "software" to rename and where to find it?
Can you please, if it is not difficult for you, give me some more specific advice on how to do this.

Hello,

On a PX6 android 9.0 32Gb-4Gb RK3399 (my reference in photo below)






Up to now: all the usb keys formatted in "update.zip / px6-9.zip / px6_format.zip / px6_reset.zip" on the USB ports powered (in electricity) yellow and / or red have not had any effect
Same thing with micro SD card in the PX6 unit = No effect
I waited 15 minutes between tests
I played with the PIN RESET without effect (up to 2 minutes in hold; until hold before start ...)
I connected a USB port keyboard = nothing
I connected a USB mouse = nothing
I connected the laptop to USB port (dangerous) = nothing
I drove for an hour and a half this morning = nothing
I can access the BMW OEM part, but the ANDROID part remains permanently frozen on the animation screen (which plays once and does not move anymore)

I am still and still stuck on animation boot, does anyone have an idea to force to enter the recovery mode ??
