Thanks Shawn,

If I need to calibrate my 328i (N20)'s DME, injectors, etc.. and read trouble codes, etc.. Is E-SYS what I should be using?

No. E-Sys is for Coding and Programming. For Diagnosis, you need ISTA+.

Can you tell me what's the difference between coding on running engine or ignition? Most of the people recommend to do it on ignition. Are there any contraindications, that coding on running engine can brick something?

If you Code with only Ignition on, the car battery may not provide adequate Voltage to ECU(s)

Coding with Engine running ensures all ECU have adequate Voltage, and so long as you do NOT code DME / DDE (Engine ECU) with Engine running, then you have nothing to worry about.

OK, thanks for answer, that's what I was thinking about. I was aware of suddenly lost of power, because of low battery.
But I can't understand why people recommend to do it on ignition only 🤔. The same case when we talking about esys or bimmercode, even manufacturer of bimmercode says in manual that should be use on ignition. Confusing.

Hi Shawn, where i can find the latest cheat code for F36. i want to see if i can change the setting from 6.5" to 8.8" screen, it was because i bought a aftermarket 10.25" screen. and i would like to change the screen setting.

Cheat Sheets replaced long ago by Launcher Built-In Cheat Codes, but screen size coding would not be something covered by either.

You want to change from 6.5" to 8.8" to install a 10.25" screen?
