Hi there all, Greetings from New Zealand. I have a 2012 335 Hybrid M Sport package and Japanese Import. Last year upon purchasing the car, the dealer changed radio frequencies for me as part of the deal but not the maps and the service centre deleted the Jap maps. Therefore I have a blank screen and am wondering whether or not map updates will work as there is nothing to update.
I have checked some web sites and as far as I can tell, the maps would need to be Aus/NZ Next 2021. Having spoken to our local Bmw dealer I was told the conversion can’t be done nor can I get the Connected Drive to operate as the car is not NZ new and they are not interested. I would appreciate any advice and a way forward from the forum. A couple of places in Auckland do the conversions but charge mega bucks and yet what I see on the web sites the prices are quite cheap but I am loathe to download anything in case they don’t work.

Hi Shawn, I would please like (if you can assist) with the code for my f33 428i I recently bought. The car has currently Europe Next 2014-1 (!) and I've downloaded 2022 Europe West. My car's vin is J992755 (my messages are probably disabled as I need to make 4 posts and this is the first one..) will let you know when it's running. thanks!
