Style 194 on F31

Hi,
Need some help...There are style 194 rims available from E90 that I would like to use on f31 as winter wheels. Will they fit? (I have more doubts about the rear). And what tires can be used?

style 194 fits over standard size brakes, no BBK

tire size 245/45/17 on both front and rear, even if they are different widths.

225/50/17 on both would not be good to put?

it it more stretched but you can do 225/50/17 OEM size
