Revs going up and down at idle

I’ve been having this issue for a while now and still can’t figure it out. The car feels extremely slow rpms start bouncing up at down when slowing down. I cleaned my differential sensor but still no luck, has anyone else had this issue?

Sounds like you are pulling a vacuum in the fuel tank so the engine is starving. There is a bunch of threads about the tank vent going bad on these cars which would cause this.
