Hi everybody. I’ve installed these on my F30 within days of their release, and my only critique on them now is the first initial sequence (the quicker and less smooth one). I think it is just a bit too long and I think the second sequence looks much nicer.

Is there a way to code this first sequence out, and have the smooth sequence display upon unlocking the car?

Can't code them. Only thing you can do is have the light switch on 0, in which case there is no animation.

How are the v2 tail lights holding up after a few months / few years of use? Still good? Any issues?

My car sat for 3 months and an outter failed to power up. Removing it, and banging it a few times fixed it. No issues the past month.

I shouldn't say this, but zero issues after ~1.5 years. Now that I said it, I welcome the issues.

Does anyone know how or is there is any possibility to increase the brightness of the turn signal? I got some complains from friends behind me that during the day my turn signals are barely visible...

Not possible, that's the weakest link of these tail lights. I presume someone could be able to swap the LED's by taking apart the whole thing.
