Rare 6 SPEED MANUAL with track handling package ***(FANTASTIC HANDLING AND B58 RELIABLE POWER -- STOCK NO MODS -- M Sport brakes, variable steering, adaptive M suspension, M limited-slip differential)*** full LED headlights and cold weather package in Melbourne Red Metallic with a Saddle Brown Dakota leather interior. Never tracked as this is my commuter car and have a 2nd fun car.

2nd owner (was purchased BMW CPO from original selling dealer), no accidents, non-smoker car and clean Autocheck / Carfax. Tinted windows (15%) and Android-based screen unit with navigation (adds larger screen with apps like native Waze for traffic while retaining all original BMW features) were installed right after purchase.

Sharp mechanically and handles very well with a very clean interior. This was my commuter car for 4-1/2 years so it was mainly used for long distance driving on highways (~80 miles each way). As such, the exterior's front end shows some abrasion on the lower part of the bumper (road rash consistent with mileage - see picts of front bumper cover, around headlights and very front end of hood) due to rocks, etc...


All fluids (oil/brake/coolant/diff) and maintenance were performed as needed (onboard maintenance minder or preventive) trough my ownership and recent work include: new rear EDC/VDC shocks (@119K), new serpentine belt, water pump and tensioner, spark plugs, coil packs, wipers (@135K), new tires - Michelin Pilot Super Sport front/rear non-RFT staggered set-up (@138K), new rear passenger bearing (@145K). Recent alignment (lifetime alignment from Firestone but not transferable).


Condition summary:

- Mechanical: Nothing needed, strong acceleration, enjoyable gearbox, no oil needed in between changes. Good handling/braking and no noises.

- Exterior paint: Consistent with high mileage, few minor scratches, chips, dings but nothing that needs repairing. Largest blemishes shown on last 6 pictures. Wheels have limited curb rash or paint chip. Front bumper road rash. No bodywork or paint. Can provide / do thickness readings.

- Interior: Well above average and no odor.

Super interested. Any record for the LSD being installed?

No records as it's not something I had installed under my ownership. I was told at purchase (BMW CPO) that it was part of the track handling (perhaps experts on this forum would know) and more recently when the RR bearing was changed the mechanics ran into a shaft removal complexity (more $) and explained that removal of the shaft from rear diff was taking more time due to having the LSD that is not present on most regular F30s. So, I admit that I'm not sure but I can look for numbers on the diff and have pictures taken to see what's there. From driving the car I can't tell as I never tracked the car and drove in the snow maybe once or twice...

This is correct. It’s a virtual certainty if it had been installed at the port it would be listed on the Monroney label.
