Valvetronic Actuator Seal Leaking

Have a slight oil leak from the Valvetronic seal (Pictures below). Would I be okay with just replacing the $5 seal or would I need to swap out anything else? No CEL or misfires, just unsightly oil residue.

Just the seal and self-tapping screws. Just make sure it's the seal and not oil moving into the connector from inside the valvetronic motor and then oozing out.

My car is a 2013 F30 N55 with PWG for reference. Thought all N55's had the same setup other than the turbo?

I am EWG and definitely have the same setup as you, I wonder if the other commentators got it confused with the hole I circled below as that was unused on my car.

Did you find out where the oil leak is finally ? Did changing the $5 seal helped you stop the oil residue ? I have similar oil residue and would like to know. Thanks in advance.
