Has anyone added one to a pre lci car?

I’m going to add it to my f36 but not sure whether to go for genuine or eBay.

Has anyone tried either of them? And how much is the one from the dealer.

Ide try get one from a car which is breaking and go for a Genuine one.

I added a genuine one which I brought from someone on here. Personally I wouldn't go for an aftermarket one as i don't think the colours of the lights would be a perfect match

FCP Euro has brand new ones that are OEM for $53, really no reason to mess with aftermarket at that price. Get a y cable for a few dollars off eBay or Amazon and it’s literally plug and play, definitely should be one of the first mods for interior, I love mine

OP is UK based pal; import fees would make it unviable

They are not much more than £35 iirc from BMW, will check my receipt tomorrow if you need exactly.

They're known to be avoided; they ship from Eastern Europe, if they can get it. If not, they'll hold on your your £££ for a long time...

Wouldn't piss on em if they were on fire
