Hi, I decided to update the software in my HU_NBT a few days ago.
Because the BMW app can no longer connect with the vehicle.

I went to the BMW Software Update website and downloaded update files suited to my VIN.
I plugged in the USB drive, but the nav still says something like this:
Navigation cannot be updated

I bought this car a few weeks ago so I didn't know if the head unit was replaced in the past or not.
So I decided to get it out of a vehicle and find out.

And exactly how I thought - my head unit is from a different BMW:
VIN: GV49399
MY: 2017.1

Unfortunately, BMW recently changed the software update page, so I cannot download proper update files with the 7 last characters of VIN.

Could you help me find proper update files? (I need the Europe version)

I managed to list all the update files that BMW offers on its Download website.

They have 3 versions of updates for HU_NBT:

But I don't know which version should I apply because I don't know the integrationLevel of my head unit.

Maybe, I should just try one of those update files?

I've installed the "./bin/UPD05081.bin" update and it worked like a charm!
