F31 SOS call system failure
I know there have a lot of posts about this and I know the solution but I haven't found any information about the 3 series wagons (F31). Mine is from the year 2013. So basically I know I have to change the battery. I know that the 3 series sedans (F30) have the modules hidden in the back, on the interior roof. I somehow do not think the wagons have them in the same place. I have found a telematics module in the trunk, next to the fuse box. Before ordering a part I would like to make sure if it is the right telematics module. By typing the part name in some places I have found that this is from a bluetooth module and in some places this is from the telematics module. Can someone reassure me? I am attaching a image.

If you haven't been upgraded to 4G there's no reason to have SOS as it won't work anyway. To code out the warning in Bimmercode go to Instrument Cluster > Expert Mode > 3301 CC_ID_Sperre > CC-ACTIVIERUNG_5 > Custom Value >Byte 5, change from FF to F7, Apply Value, press Done. Back out, hit ‘Code’.
