i don't like to buy the whole led kit for the car that has 7 colors. but i do want to enhance the dim led strip on the door and AC.
is this one way to do it? if so, where to buy the plastic strip? i don't have 3d printer and don't want to be bothered printing and etc. thanks. |

So what cause the dim brightness is the module and not the led itself? I thought it is the diode led itself, which led me to think that i have to change the led strip, which is a hideous job, or buy that plastic strip that is just inserted.

The LED module itself causes the dim brightness. Probably the resistor(s) ultimately. An aftermarket LED module is your best bet for more brightness. The rubber strip just focuses the light more.

How about the ac surround trim? It is not as bright, does it use the same module as the door trim? Thanks.

I wonder if the blue will match the benzinfabrik module. What do you think? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256806244585952.html |

The blues won't match unfortunately. The Chinese kits use ice blue aka light blue. The Benzinfabrik modules use regular blue aka a deep blue.
