Ruff idle and stutters

Bmw 335i 2015 m sport
FBO MHD
My bmw has a ruff idle on cold start. if you don’t let car warm up and take car will violently stutter and barely move. When driving, power is normal, but sometimes will have a hiccup (car will stutter then accelerate). To mention I had a MAF code and when I go hard a drive train malfunction appears. I cleaned the MAF sensor which might of helped slightly. Also these problems seem more prominent when weather is colder.

Might be due to tune or fbo but there’s also evap extended warranty which could cause the problem. Not sure if there is one for n55 but you could check.
