Shock absorber torque

Hello, i am going to change springs on F31 xdrive 2017 and wondering what the torque is on the link arms back and front and the torque on the shock absorber and the bolt in the drive axle. Is blue loctite good enough for that bolt?
Is there a list of the torque for the diffrent bolts

There is a list but its hard to navigate- youtube videos are your friend here - farkle does a great job
