Yes PWG on Stage 1 OTS. Stock Tune yields the same code however the boost deviation is not as large (lower boost levels).

Unfortunately hard to tell WGDC on PWG. Did your smoke test include pressure up to 20psi or so?

Not up to 20psi, low teens with no leakage. Though this should be sufficient not to throw a code on stock tune.

Additionally, the car revs up warm/cold start to 1500 rpm then drops back down. Not sure if this is related or not.

Did you resolve this?
I've got a similar issue the car doesn't have leaks and I've changed a bunch of issue parts although some changes but not fixed.

Always get p0101fa and it's running rich.
