F36 4 series rear trunk carpet removal

I'm trying to remove this piece of carpet that has the 12v on it and I swear I've gotten every clip but it won't budge from the top. Not seeing anywhere how to remove it, I think the top plastic has to come out but I can't figure that out either, anyone have any ideas?
