I upgraded taillights from preLCI to OLED and before it was ok, but now I have issue with the fog lights. Left tail light is working correct. But on the right tail light, when I turn on fog lights, fog light and reverse both light up. Meanwhile on the left one only fog light is on. What exactly did you do on BimmerCode to reset this? |

Is it possible to do it also via BimmerCode? Or just esys? I read my values for fog lights and they are nsl_l = 0x1c for left and nsl_r = 0x1d. Are they good or should I do something about the right one? |

Im not entirely sure that the replacement units holds fog lights on both sides or as it is enabled into most countries just the r/h side (driving direction).
If you had coded to have both active at activation, the signal will override the gear selector for reverse and both are on, as you had described.

As a side note, is it normal to have the headlights and tail lights turn on at the press of the rear fog light button as well? |

Yes BMW have like bad weather mode.
If the wiper is turned on and/or fog lights then it goes in bad weather mode |

Hey guys, I did the coding on my 2013 328i with the LCI retrofit and the rear fog lights are not working. I did the three lines of coding, one for the front and two for the rear. Plus I did two additional rear for the function so the rear was a total of four codes, two output and two function
Edit disregard. I figured it out. I didn't know that you had to turn your headlights on all the way for them to turn on Last edited by Solidjake; 05-16-2024 at 05:44 PM.. |
