I love the smell of BMW plastic after a long drive

What is that BMW plastic smell coming from the engine bay after a long drive? I have a 2012 335i F30 and it smells like melting plastic after a drive. I am thinking it is mostly the plastic couplers on the coolant system, the plastic tanks around the radiator or maybe it is the plastic intake or the plastic valve cover?

What is that patented plastic smell that BMW is known for that I am smelling?

Probably the hood release cable foam insulation. Tends to melt after coming in contact with hot engine parts.
