So I have try but it is not working, but …

I have found the solution. I have implement all coding like it does for DCC because I think all that code is logical so something some where is not, an option probably « aktiv » and need to be « nitch aktiv ».

So I have pass all settings for the DCC on review with the search tab of BimmerCode and I found one things strange !

In the KOMBI L7_MID >
ERM_Konfiguration 3004 >
DISP_LDM_1_ AND DISP_LDM_2_ (ALIVE / APPL / CRC / TIMEOUT) option

You have to aktiv all the four options for one variante, but for a reason I don’t understand my car had DISP_LDM_2_TIMEOUT « aktiv », and of course with the DISP_LDM_1_TIMEOUT « aktiv » too that create an error.

In conclusion, one option in that parts can create error message for the rear PDC and malfunction of the DCC.

Now I can say for retrofit DCC with LIM on F20 w/ sports leather wheel, you can buy part number 61 31 9 316 954 (button DCC / RES / LIM) and mount it on your steering wheel. Deleting error due to Airbag with BimmerLink and coding DCC activation on BimmerCode !

Thanks to the community for all

PS : If someone need more information for that tricks MP

Hi, i am about to instal new steering wheel in my f31, which now have only lim button. The wheel i bought has a set/res/cc button. So my question is, should i use the coding lines provided by aztebmw in bimmercode to have set feauture instead of lim? I want to have the functions as buttons says. Set, res, and cc. Hope for respond, cheers

You can try the coding and see if it helps you.

I have already installed new steering wheel and coded it with bimmertool. It didn't work at first, but, i found out that my car is already coded with code lines for lim\set button option. So i coded those 3 options back, and now my cruise control works fine with set button also. No errors on HU but there is one in FEM, 030411. I've done some research and that error says "Wrong multifunction steering wheel" or something like that. I've coded my steering wheel as DCC_Sports_SLD but i dont have lim button, so i think i just have to code it as DCC_Sports and error should be gone. Thanks for coding lines, those were very helpfull.

Hello brother, good morning, I am writing to you from Argentina to see if you can give me a hand, I want to add cruise control to my F20 LCI, which only came with the LIM function, I changed the steering wheel for the msport and now I have the LIM - RES buttons and Cruise and I don't know how to use Esys, can you tell me how to do it with bimmercode, thank you very much for your help. I clarify that currently the LIM function continues to work after changing the steering wheel.

New to coding.

Upgrading from LIM to Cruise Control.

Using Bimmercode I cannot find KOMBI. Which module are the KOMBI settings?

I haven't installed the new CC controls yet, still with the LIM controls. Will KOMBI appear after the controls are installed?

Kombi should appear even without the controls.
