Our new upgraded shocks for 1-4 F Series Non-M models
We are proud to announce our latest product!
Being in the UK our roads are pretty rough to say the least. With that in mind we wanted to offer a product that improves the ride from a comfort, handling and compliancy perspective, that is a direct replacement to the original stock dampers. With that in mind we've worked with Bilstein to create the Evolve by Bilstein 1-4 F series Non-M dampers. We have worked with Bilstein on the valving to provide more handling and compliancy. These dampers can be used with either OEM springs or any lowering springs on the market. If you want to just improve overall handling and compliancy, these are the dampers for you. If you want improved comfort and sportier handling and improved aesthetics, install the dampers with some aftermarket lowering springs. Note: these dampers are not compatible for xDrive models and models with EDC (electronic damper control) Last edited by paulh@evolve; 05-31-2024 at 10:11 AM.. |

We haven't at the moment, we've had a large amount of customers asking for this product but hardly any were X-Drive. If there is enough demand for an X-Drive version then we can justify the development, testing and production of it

By non-M we mean 'Not the M2, M3 & M4'. They are compatible with all standard and M-sport models in the F series range 1-4 series |

Just check any listing from the likes of Bilstein etc and you'll see the wide range of vehicles that same set cover. |

Yeah I've seen Bilstein specify the same B8 for 114i thru to 430D GC, which with such a wide variance in vehicle weights, unsprung mass and spring rates, is not ideal imo, but it suits some people.
The B4 for base suspension and M sport are vehicle specific though, for a more tailored ride and handling. Yeah I saw that video as I'm subscribed to your YT channel, and Imran seemed impressed! |

So you said that you developed these with Bilstein. Are these a standard configuration like the Bilstein B4, or are they an inverted configuration with internal bump stops like the B6/B8?
Please provide specs for the Bilstein models and your model so it’s easier to understand where yours fit in. Thanks. |
