Bought the wrong springs. Xdrive on S704?

Got into an accident last year and the body shop put an xdrive spring on the left front. Sits about an inch higher than the rest of the car. OEM springs are expensive and you need at least 2.

So I've been on the hunt for a set of H&R sports local. Found a set. Bought them for 150. Got them home and realized they are xdrive.

The HR website says they are 1.6 inch drop.

This website says XDrive is .5 inches taller than RWD

The HR website says the RWD springs drop .6 inches

The math doesn't add up.

What can I expect if I install these on my car? Will I go up, or down?

spring rate, length and wire diameter may be different, so there's no way to know the resulting height difference from an incorrect part. if you are installing yourself, let's us know.

if you're not DIYing(or even if you are), since labor is the bigger portion of the cost and time(time=cost) of spring swaps, I suggest getting the correct springs for your car.

sell the incorrect springs at you're convenience

Echoing the same - more than once. Get correct parts.

I installed the springs and have zero complaints. It has a very slight forward rake which I love. The front tires juuuuuuust tuck into the top of the wells. The rear tires give me about 1 inch before the tire is inside the well. 9/10 do approve if this happens to you.
