I read somewhere that the eSIM is connected to the IMEI and ICCID codes that are indicated on the ATM or on the Tcb, maybe this is my problem, why BMW disabled the services, as you said, maybe the eSIM was added to the black list

But in my bmw I see the car, services are updated via Nbt
Services are also being updated in Ista, but I don’t know if this is possible since Ista should work online with BMW servers, if I’m not mistaken?
and I successfully connect with codes id, email in Nbt and even receive messages in Nbt from BMW and the emergency call also works.

The difference between your setup and mine is the used ATM.
It is possible to purchase them new, maybe that is the best option.?
Or email connected services in your country to see if your “vin” / eSIM is still active and not blacklisted. ?

In My Bmw I see services that are active, these are only Remute Services and Apple CarPlay, this means that the rest must be activated, which means paying.!
