Picked up a 2022 IS500, ready to sell this thing asap.

Looking for $16.5k. Located in MD/DMV area. Very close to the outlets in Clarksburg MD.

Title in hand - ready to go.
2nd owner - purchased 11/2015 from BMW of Catonsville as a CPO car.
Currently sitting as ~45,664 miles, may go up by a few.
Tires are Conti DWS with plenty of tread, date code from 2015.

2014 335i M-sport. 8AT.
Black Sapphire Metallic over Coral Red interior.
Have pretty much all records during my ownership.
New battery in March 2023. Oil change with Liqui Moly done at Aktiv on 5/31/24.

Mods:
-KW V1 coilovers - installed at 38.5k miles (stock suspension available)
-Borla S-type cat back exhaust (stock exhaust available)
-M Performance style rear lip, blacked out reflectors.
-Black kidney grilles (stock ones available)
-Few minor codings (sport trans, M style on startup, etc)
-Never tuned, still has the factory CP.

The "bad":
-idrive screen is cracked - have a mint OEM screen that is included, just have not had the time to install it.
-weather strip/seal on the driver's side rear door came unglued - I never use the backseat so not an issue for me.
-will need front brake pads at some point in the near future. Sensors still show green however.

And sold! I guess I priced it way too low... should have taken a little more time to look into the market a little more. Within 2 days of posting on FB marketplace, had 3 people willing to pay the full asking price.
