I had the Samsung Harmon Kardon HW-N950 and that was pretty good but never liked how music sounded with it. Movies were where it did well. It still works well and I am using it in a second room but not my main movie room. I am going to upgrade to a 98 or 100” TV but can’t decide which yet.

I folded down the rear seats and tried to slide the box through the trunk into the backseat but no luck. I ended up squeezing the box behind the front folded up seat and into the back. If that hadn't worked plan C was to take the parts out of the box and fold the box up.

Got an email from jbl, the sound bar is now $399.99 instead of $600. Pretty decent price for it!

This JBL 500 soundbar dropped down to $399 for Best Buy's black friday in july sale so I picked one up for my garage. I had to squeeze the sub into a corner for better sound. It doesn't punch as much in my big open garage but the overall sound is way better than the native TV speakers. I am now ready to go for the NFL season. I have two 65 inch TV's on adjacent walls that have moving mounts so I can have them together side by side. I run the Vikings game on one, and then NFL redzone on the other. Phase II of my setup is complete. I wonder what phase III will bring.....

Yes, I like that because my neighbors wouldn't like that. I was thinking more along the lines of a mini split to get some a/c up in there. Or a stripper pole.

That is awesome! I might get it for my basement! It def rocks the house in my family room!

I keep getting % off emails from JBL..so it makes it a little hard to say no right now if the price is $400!
