F30 xDrive issue

Hi everyone
have an f30 318d xDrive 2014 model that has vibrations on the highway at speeds of 130km/h and above. When I press the gas, it makes a rhythmic vibration in the driver's seat that then turns into a constant vibration as if you have unbalanced wheels. The funny thing is that it doesn't always do it. For two kilometers it can do it, then for 1000 meters it doesn't. I have changed the rims, tires, the front central axle of the Transfer, a repaired Transfer and the front right half-axle have been put in. I don't know what else to do, I have exhausted every possibility. Any help or opinion would help me a lot.
Thank you in advance

Hey, what are your tire sizes? I had the same issue but because I accidentally ran the wrong tire sizes.

Hi! Based on your description, a few things come to mind:

Driveline imbalance or worn components – Even after replacing axles and transfer parts, worn engine/transmission mounts or rear driveshaft/joints can cause rhythmic vibrations that change with load and speed.

Wheel/tire balance or runout – You mentioned new rims and tires, but also check for hub runout (slight bend in hub) or tire uniformity issues.

Differential issues – Sometimes internal differential wear or limited-slip function can cause intermittent vibrations under load.

Suspension components – Worn control arm bushings or stabilizer links can amplify vibrations at certain speeds.

Tip: Try to note if vibrations change with:

Acceleration vs coasting

Gear selection

Load (number of passengers)

A BMW specialist can perform a driveline vibration analysis to pinpoint the source, which might save unnecessary replacements.

So by transfer, do you mean that you replaced the entire awd transfer case, and no change to the vibration? The fact that you say it only happens sometimes is weird. Usually if you have something mechanically bad it would do it all the time. Are you sure if it's not if you're going uphill or tilted a certain way. I would think something electrical, like maybe the electrics in the transfer case, or even the rear diff. Try DSC off mode and unplug the transfer case (unless you already replaced the whole thing). It might just be the drive shaft center bearing or the flex disc on the back of the transfer case. For the transfer case it needs the DTF-1 fluid and there's a calibration procedure. They make a big deal about running it low on fluid, you're supposed to drive it a little bit and then check it.
