2015 335i XDrive While I am There Maintenance
Hi Y'all,
I will be tackling my oil pan gasket soon on my 2015 335i XDrive. I know this will be a very involved task with dropping the subframe and everything. Firstly, if there are any good tutorials or tips yall have for attempting this for my first time LOL I would appreciate it! But I am really here to ask if there are any while I am there services or upgrades (outside of rod bearings I am scared of touching those) that I should do while its all out there LOL. I will be installing like my charge pipe and blow off valve while I am there and I just wanted some advice if there is anything else I should be doing! Thanks yall <3 |

Fcp euro has good tutorials and they typically show you while you're there things that could be changed because they want to sell you the parts but it is helpful at the same time.
I don't have experience with your engine model but looking into hard to reach little gaskets under there would be a good time to change. e.g. on the N20 the turbo coolant line gaskets leak but only 2 of 4 are accessible without removing the turbo |
