Morning,
I am trying to understand the following log and pinpoint my problem.
Car information is below

2015 F36 xdrive
8at
EWG
Dinan Cold Air intake
ER Chargepipe
Upgraded intercooler
VRSP TIC Pipe
MST turbo inlet pipe
Catted down pipe
MPExhaust
Dorsch Stage 1 HPFP
Upgraded LPFP
3.5bar TMAP
Turbosmart Blow off valve
Spark Plugs at .0021
Pure 500 turbo
Tune with Cary Jordan or E50 blend

I have done a smoke test and eventually boost test.
I changed out the o rings on :
CP to IC
Turbo to TIC
TIC to Intercooler
Cleaned up the bov o rings

I did a boost test on Friday and noticed air coming from the copper opening on the turbosmart blow off valve. i thought it was dirty and took it out and cleaned it up.
Sidenote( I know taking that blow off valve is a pain in the ass. I wish i did the following from the beginning: remove the Turbo inlet pipe, that paired with a 5 mil balled headed socket would have saved me hours (like 4 hours easily of trying to get the right angle)

Based on my logs, my wgdc is high. What else can be wrong?

Targeting 23psi on stock turbo? Looks like you are maxing stock turbo... Did you expect lower WGDC with that aggressive of a tune?

I dont know enough about the turbosmart personally to comment on your leak situation.

Based on my datalogs, is my high wgdc indicative of a boost leak?

I cant say definitely as i dont look at a ton of P500 logs. Your tuner should be able to tell you based on his experience tuning cars with P500s. It also looks like you are logging in 3rd and should be in 4th if 8AT. Higher load might help lower WGDC.

Unrelated, but your plug gap also seems excessively small.

Thank you!
His instructions are to do it in 3rd gear. Ill ask him about your comment about the 4th gear with the 8at
