Who has a 4 series on order?

Mine hit the VPC Saturday. Didn't think it would be a 6 day wait to clear the Prep Center but we'll see. Figure I'll have it next week. I'm sure they'll want to deliver it before the 31st.

I'm thinking about putting in an order...but haven't had the conversation with the dealer yet.
I have zero interest in paying MSRP for a vehicle, but is it the dealer's expectation that you pay MSRP for an ordered vehicle? I've never done that before.
Was aiming to get a few % below sticker. What is everyone else managing to negotiate on their special orders?

I got about 5% below MSRP as built, on a 435i that is at port awaiting a ship now. If you are ok with ordering from a dealer outside Memphis, let me know.. I'll get you in touch with my CA here in the Atlanta area. (probably will have better allocations than TN too FYI)

My dealer refused to budge of sticker when I went to pick up my car. He literally said if you don't buy it...someone else will for that price. I almost walked out of the dealer and drove down to Audi. But after waiting 2.5 months for this car from order to delivery....my wallet pretty much jumped out of my pocket

You didnt negotiate the price prior to ordering the car?

I placed an order for 428i on Aug 9. My car is scheduled on week 44.
Hope can pick the car in December.
Some people order their cars in late August or early September have already picked their cars. I placed an order earlier, but my car doesn't finish production yet.

its due to your location--and your dealer's available build slots/allocations. Bigger market/higher volume dealers/areas have more production spots available, this is also the reason others have their cars already.

I ordered on Oct 10th, and my car is at port waiting to be shipped to U.S.

Andrew that's quite a build. That color combo should be unreal too. Can I ask why with everything you ordered you didn't go for the M Sport brake package that gives you the M Sport Blue calipers that would have matched your car? I added it last minute as it was only a $650 option that would cost less than $250 on a three year lease. Just curious as you otherwise didn't seem to leave anything out.

Looks like mine should be at the dealer's by the end of the month.. Landed at the AutoPort in Halifax on Oct 08, and was on the car train 4 days after that. Should be in Vancouver anytime now, where it gets to Victoria by Transport.. on a Ferry...

The build was completed on week 38, and it came across on the TOMAR.

yes Canada has all this already..lucky them.

but I did find out the stock exhaust on a 335i (F30) and the stock on a 435i are the exact same part #'s all the way through.. with that, the assumption is the M performance exhaust for the 335i should be a straight fit to the F32 as well.

I have a F30 with this exhaust and will be trading it in for my F32 which is on its way here. I'll be doing the exhaust swap on this.

Yes.. there are two M Performance packages offered, Production line installed at the build in Regensburg. On the other hand, there are no "Lines" line you have. The base F32 here is the M Sport. You pile on packages and options from there.

I left off the LED's. Other than that, just checked all the boxes.

I would have taken the LED's, but they are lobotomized here in Canada, and behave like the Xenons in Adaptive mode. If they split the hi beam for oncoming and closing behind like they do in Europe, It would have been OK. I've had Xenons on my last 3 BMW's, and like the color and projection just fine.

If you are big on the green angle, they do use less alternator power, but you are really splitting hairs when you look at the package overall. Not sure how they project after 4 years of running at the top edge of their power output (ie degradation over time). Since I buy my cars outright, that's a consideration.

My car arrived at the port on Monday. My Bmw rep claims it will arrive at the dealer on the 2nd.

It should only be a few days to get from my dealer in Nashville to Miami.
