Looking great! I'm installing the same coilovers next month. How much did you lower it, and what did you send the rebound damping at?

i set dampening to 10 clicks all around which is exactly middle setting. Coming from stock, it definitely feels tighter and sporty. Very tolerable for daily driving. I may even dial it back to softer to sell it to my wife better. lol |

The car is much more compliant. I'm at 9 of 16 rebound adjustment, which if I remember correctly is the manual's recommended starting point. Roads aren't the greatest in some areas around me and I definitely feel the hit of potted pavement with 40 series tires, a bit less with my 45 series winter setup.

Look good, did you have to adjust the lift on the tailgate?

No, it's more about adjusting the box and the bar position. It was raining when I picked it up, so didn't want to be spending time making adjustments. Messed with it when I got back in the garage so that it clears when the hatch or the glass opens.

Love the BBS REs. I just recently refinished an 18x9 +45 set, but sadly the front 370mm MPBBK is too big to fit. The stock 340mm MSBBK will work though. Here’s a pic of the fitment in the rear.

Interesting...is it a matter of using spacers, or is the caliper hitting the barrel? I run 18" BBS SR in the winter without issue. I'm actually looking to go 18" for summers as well.

It’s the MPBBK front caliper hitting the barrel. The 18” BBS RE848s have a inner tapered barrel that is just a few mm short to clear the massive caliper. If you have a MSBBK, it would fit no problem. I ended up sourcing a pair of MSBBK, but I am ditching the whole set up all together. The wheels and front brakes will be for sale.
